Yang Style 40 Tai Chi Chuan Form

This longer, more challenging Yang style hand form builds on 24 Form. It contains all of the movements in 24, but in different combinations and with added nuances. It also introduces some new, more advanced moves. When practiced together, 24 and 40 Forms make a nice sequence that takes 20 to 30 minutes to complete.

Note: 40 Form contains 50 individual moves if you count repetitions. Practicing 24 and 40 Forms together makes a nice sequence of 86 individual moves, similar to a long form.
